By using the Deco-Pen, you may scribble all over any of your picture or video files. Select the thumbnail or the timeline bar and click on the Effect menu to select Deco-Pen. You may now select the pen tools and click on the screen to start recording your drawings. Begin when the video starts to play.
Select "Slow or "Super Slow" for slow-motion. Select normal to return to original speed.

As you draw during preview, every line will appear in animation mode. If drawn while the video is being paused, it will appear all at the same time in replay. It will pause once it stops playing. Click on the screen to include more drawings.
