Once an effect has been selected, the selected effect will be applied to the entire screen of a thumbnail or a timeline bar. By using the effect pen, it will allow you to apply the effect to a specific area in a video. Select a thumbnail or a timeline, and click on the effect icon of the effect you want to apply. Effects that can be used with the effect pen include mosaic, blur, negative/positive and many more. Check the “Effect Pen” in the effect setting tray. You can use the same methods as Deco-Stamp such as changing the size, and choosing from “Stamp”, “Brush”, and “Anime” to select how you want the effects to appear. Select the area you want to apply the effect to by dragging the effect pen around the screen. The Effect pen can also work in reverse. Select “reverse” and the area that has not been selected with the Effect pen will be affected. Related commands |
