Automatic fade in / fade out

When overlaying timeline bars on the timeline, the section that is overlapped will automatically fade in and fade out. The bars on the top will be shown at the very front. Also, even if there is no overlap, the beginning and the end of the movie will automatically fade in/fade out 20 frames.

When placing a short timeline bar on top of a long timeline bar
Both timeline bars will fade in/fade out 20 frames at the beginning and end
