Save your LoiLoScope desktop. Go to Home menu and click the Desktop save icon. Enter name and click Save. From the next time open the project file you have saved to open LoiLoScope.

What is Desktop save?
This feature is useful when there are many users using the same computer. Use the Desktop save to separate your own project from others. Once you have created a project file, that file will automatically save to the very latest state.
This feature is also useful when working on two projects at once.
